LOCALPARETO LLC · LEGAL & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

How LocalPareto LLC handles personal information, client data, and messaging preferences.

Arizona-based · Serving U.S. businesses

This Privacy Policy explains how LocalPareto ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in connection with our website, our communications, and the technology services we provide to business clients.

LocalPareto operates from Arizona and serves business clients throughout the United States.

Who this policy applies to

This policy covers visitors to localpareto.com, people who contact or receive communications from LocalPareto, and our business clients and their authorized users.

We also process information for businesses that use LocalPareto to manage customer conversations, appointments, reviews, and other activities. When you interact with one of those businesses, that business determines the purposes of its customer communications and use of its customer records. We generally handle that information on its behalf, according to its instructions and our agreement with it.

That business's privacy policy and messaging disclosures also apply. Our policy does not replace them or authorize LocalPareto to market to that business's customers independently. Contact the business directly about its services or its use of your information. You may also contact us for help identifying the appropriate contact.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction and the features in use, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, business names, roles, and information submitted through forms or provided during conversations.
  • Customer communications: messages, attachments, inquiries, appointment details, customer history, and information entered into a connected chat or customer-management tool.
  • Consent and preferences: the consent language presented, opt-in source and time, communication preferences, and opt-out records. We may retain related technical evidence when available.
  • Account and service information: authorized users, configuration details, support requests, and information needed to set up or manage connected business tools.
  • Billing information: billing contact details, subscription status, and transaction records. Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own notices; the payment information available to us depends on the processor and configuration.
  • Website and technical information: browser and device information, pages accessed, general usage and performance data, and technical logs associated with operating and securing the services.
  • Connected-platform information: customer records, reviews, business-profile information, and other data made available through integrations authorized by a business client.

Please do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, payment-card credentials in chat, or medical records through general inquiry or messaging tools.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; arrange calls and appointments; create and manage accounts; configure and deliver services; maintain customer conversations and records; operate authorized follow-ups and review requests; process billing; provide support; protect accounts; diagnose problems; improve service performance; and meet applicable legal obligations.

We send marketing communications only where permitted and with the consent required for the communication. We use consent and suppression records to respect communication preferences and document compliance.

Information handled on behalf of a business client is used to provide and support that client's authorized services, rather than to build an independent LocalPareto marketing list.

Text messages and mobile information

LocalPareto offers SMS opt-in through its website chat widget for client follow-up messages sent using 928-433-8348. If you choose to receive these messages, we use your telephone number, consent records, and message history to operate the messaging program, respond to you, and honor your preferences. Starting a chat or providing a number does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing texts.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is specific to the business and message purposes identified when you opt in; it is not transferred to other businesses.

Service providers supporting message delivery, customer support, and operation of the program may process the information needed to perform those functions on our behalf. They are not authorized by us to use that information for their own marketing. Other general sharing provisions in this policy do not authorize the sale or transfer of SMS consent for another party's marketing.

Reply STOP to a LocalPareto text message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. Reply HELP for assistance, or email Emerson@localpareto.com. We may send one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. For texts from a client business, use the opt-out instructions in that business's messages or contact that business directly.

Opting out of text messages does not by itself cancel a paid service subscription.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers that help operate hosting, customer-management tools, scheduling, messaging, AI features, payments, analytics, and support. They may process information needed to provide those services, subject to applicable agreements and their roles.

For client-managed accounts, information may be available to the relevant business and its authorized users. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect security, or protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information. The mobile-information protections above apply to all disclosures described in this policy, except where disclosure is legally required.

Website analytics, cookies, and embedded tools

Our website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website usage and performance. It also includes or links to tools such as scheduling and chat. These tools may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies according to their configuration and applicable privacy notices.

Browser settings can help you manage cookies. Blocking certain technologies may affect embedded tools. Where applicable law requires consent for a technology, it must be obtained before that technology is used.

AI-assisted interactions

Where enabled, AI features may process the information you provide to answer questions, assist with routing, or support follow-up. Conversations and related customer records may be available to the relevant business and authorized personnel for service and support. AI responses may be inaccurate; contact the relevant business to confirm important details.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for the time reasonably needed to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, its purpose, applicable requirements, and relevant service-provider arrangements. Client data that is no longer needed is deleted rather than sold or repurposed for another business's marketing.

Cancellation of a business subscription ends the client's platform access immediately. Information held in the platform is deleted later; cancellation does not mean all copies are immediately erased. Limited billing, consent, opt-out, legal, and security records may need to be retained after service ends. Backup deletion may follow the relevant provider's retention processes.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request information about personal information we handle directly, or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding, and legal exceptions may limit a request.

If your request concerns information held for a client business, we may refer you to that business or assist it in responding under our agreement. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe option in the email, and stop text messages as described above.

Security and processing locations

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure.

Our providers may process information in locations outside your state or country. Applicable contractual and legal protections depend on the service and the information involved.

Children

LocalPareto's own website and business subscription are intended for adults and business users, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us improperly, contact us. A client business serving children must establish appropriate notices and permissions for its own activities.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or requirements. The effective date will identify the current version. We will provide additional notice where required; an update does not create new SMS marketing consent.
